my face, pretty as fuck, yours, i prefer one without one

when the sun sets i wish for a ship,
travel the speed of light where it's still up.
how fast do i need to travel for it to be always up?
it's not that i'm scared of darkness, i fear what it brings.
we're not on a first-name basis.
and i feel at home, that's what i fear,
two nameless, two faceless, interaction is weightless,
yet it means so much.
divide and multiply it's always zero,
no such thing as blocked sight, there's sight of the obstruction,
if you don't like what you see, maybe you're the problem.
you've a name but what does it entail?
a face, is it where the soul is placed?
you ask and ask and ask,
and when it's not what you want you hide your face.
hide it, never ever out it,
maybe then you can find what you never seeked.
i want nothing,
i need some things.
