now time to be good

everyone i knew protected their body while they wore out their soul
sure bodily pain is not pleasant but the heart lies protected in the rib cage
soulless body holding a soul waiting for the right time and
soulless body with a soul on the verge of decimation laughing out the immense pain
i am the container of the soul contained in my body
i suffer but when i smile it is of a real one
silence silent one
i me one
a beer one
how do you want to read?
poems can unravel themselves as you read, line by line, at a considered pace — or just sit there, fully visible, like normal.
change this anytime — look for “reading: …” near the top of any poem.
