a poem talking about talking about myself talks about myself

2026-07-27

sure, let's talk about how i feel
since i'm the one that's writing it should be about me
but posting what i write makes it hard for me
to say what i feel, without dressing it up in something pretty
i want the world to look at what i made, not at what i'm made of
me, who gives a shit about me?
why should anyone?
some jerk jerked around,
he needed to be found.
tell me sis, we were like twins
when did we fall out?
stuff with our mother,
you held it down,
i flown.
landed.
an ecosystem rose through the crater.
fated?
faded.
