bruises on my legs are identical

it's been raining nonstop
i've been finding myself i,
first dry, then wet
my crown sucking up the water that falls on my head,
to send it on its way
circulate amongst the circulation
heat from the fireplace
that will evaporate what was sucked in
leave but nothing but steam
perhaps it's what i need
truthfully regardless of anything i go through

in places you'd expect less
